I'm Holly, the wife to my very sweet & amazing husband, Jared (also known on the blog as J & DaddyBoy). Jared & I were college sweethearts & the Lord has blessed us beyond measure with a beautiful marriage & life together. Jared is the love of my life & I don't know how I would go through this journey without him.
I'm also the momma to my adorable, spunky, spitfire of a two year old, Jett {also known on the blog as Jett Jett, Jett Man & Meatball}. I never knew such a love existed until this little boy slipped into my world. He is feisty, stubborn, full of personality & he makes my heart smile {& melt} every single day.
In just a few months, we we welcome another little soul into our lives--a baby girl this time! I still haven't wrapped my head around the fact that I'll soon be a momma to TWO kiddos, but I sure am anticipating that bundle of pink!
More importantly than being a wife & a momma, I am first a child of God--a sinner saved by grace. It is my desire in this life to walk close to my Lord & Savior & to look just a little more like Him with each passing day. I often times fail miserably, but am so thankful that He is never quite finished with me--His mercies are new every morning!
I am living my dream, being able to stay home with my little ones & take care of them every single day. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I was made to be a wife & momma, taking care of our day to day adventures. It may seem old fashioned, but I know in my heart that MY place is in my home. There is nowhere else in the world I would rather be & I wake up every day feeling blessed beyond belief.
My hope for this blog is that it will be a way for our family to capture our everyday "happenings" & also be able to share them along the way.
